The Dharma of Fear and Anxiety

Fear of the future, uncertainty about where we may be headed, and not knowing how to respond can all be dharma gates. When we sit quietly, the gates can open to the hidden presence of an inner trust fund.
Note: All classes are being held online until further notice. Lisa teaches meditation most Monday nights at One Dharma Nashville, 530 26th Avenue North. Hours are 7 – 8:30 p.m. All levels of experience are welcome. Many of her talks are recorded and available for listening. Lisa teaches many retreats, classes and workshops each year. One on One Mentoring with Lisa Ernst is a valuable tool in receiving guidance from an experienced meditation teacher. It’s a chance to deepen your practice, skillfully work with your edges and fears and loosen the stuck places. Lisa is currently accepting a few students with an existing practice.
