It is often said that for meditation practice to truly take flight, we need the two wings of compassion and wisdom. Together, the they can transform our lives, helping us find deeper ease, equanimity, and compassion for ourselves and all beings.
To develop a wise and balanced practice, we need to cultivate both emptiness and compassion. When they are strong and balanced they generate the conditions that lead to liberation and wise action. All levels welcome.

Monday night meditation at One Dharma is back in person. A ZOOM option remains available. Lisa teaches meditation most Monday nights, 530 26th Avenue North. Hours are 7 – 8:30 p.m. All levels of experience are welcome. Class consists of meditation, dharma talk and group discussion. All levels of experience are welcome.
One on One Mentoring with Lisa Ernst is a valuable tool in receiving guidance from an experienced meditation teacher. It’s a chance to deepen your practice, skillfully work with your edges and loosen the stuck places.
